A supportive space where children can build confidence, understand their emotions, and feel comfortable being themselves with our qualified Emotion Coach and Youth Mental Health First Aider.
Our workshops support children to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and connect with others who may have similar interests and/or experiences.
What Happens in the Sessions
Each session is carefully structured to create a safe, calm, and supportive environment for each individual in a low-demand, therapeutic space.
Children take part in:
🌿 Check-ins and reflection
Sharing worries, gratitude, and how they are feeling.
🎨 Creative wellbeing activities
Art, crafts, games, journaling, and discussions that help children explore emotions and develop confidence.
💬 Open conversations
Learning how to talk about feelings, communicate with others, and understand themselves.
🧠 Emotional understanding
Exploring emotions such as anger, stress, anxiety, and confidence in a supportive way.
🧘 Relaxation and grounding
Every session ends with guided relaxation to help children calm their bodies and minds.
📖 Reflection journals
Children can record their thoughts, learning, and personal growth.
Sessions are designed to feel calm, welcoming, and pressure-free, with soft lighting, quiet music, and comfortable spaces.

Supporting Every Child
These sessions support children who may:
- struggle with anxiety or worries
- have low confidence or self-esteem
- find friendships or social situations difficult
- feel overwhelmed at school or in daily life
- need help understanding and expressing emotions
- benefit from a calm, supportive environment
The sessions are inclusive and welcoming to both neurodivergent and neurotypical children.
For neurodivergent children (such as autistic or ADHD children), sessions are neurodivergent-affirming and provide additional support to help children:
- understand and explore their unique brains
- develop self-acceptance and confidence
- learn strategies that work for them
- feel proud of who they are
- build friendships with others who may have similar experiences
Children are supported to embrace their individuality and identity, rather than feeling they need to hide or mask who they are.
A Supportive Peer Group
For many children, these sessions become more than just a workshop.
They can also work as a support group, where children:
- realise they are not alone
- share experiences safely
- support each other
- build meaningful friendships
- feel understood and accepted
